Phil Stephenson, CPA

Phil is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA from Texas Tech University. Phil has over forty years of experience in public accounting. At Stephenson, LeGrand & Pfeil, PLLC, Phil is a consultant that specializes in the preparation of tax returns.

Phil has represented the 85th District in the Texas House of Representatives since 2013.

Partner

Julie manages the El Campo office with expertise in tax consulting and preparation and bookkeeping.

It is helpful to receive the most recent financial statements, payroll tax filings, and access to your general ledger.

Don’t panic – we can help address any IRS letters you receive for your business or personal return.
